Hello friends,
I know it’s been a while since I last posted, and I want to start with a heartfelt thank you for your patience. Life has a way of running ahead of our best intentions, and while my updates have been irregular, the grace of this season has been anything but.
Serving as a family here in Zambia—especially within Nsansa Village—has been a tapestry of moments: some stitched with joy, some stretched by challenge, and all woven together by God’s unwavering faithfulness. Whether we’re advocating for vulnerable children, helping build sustainable paths forward, or simply building relationships over the cooking fire, this journey has changed us in beautiful ways.
As we near the one-year mark, we find ourselves reflecting with full hearts. There have been highs, lows, new growth, and unexpected detours… but every single step has deepened our faith and strengthened our resolve. We're filled with anticipation for what comes next and truly know the best is yet to come. (Thank you, Jesus!)
If you'd like to stay more connected between blog posts (because we both know life doesn’t always stick to a tidy posting schedule!), I’d love for you to follow our journey on social media by adding me as a friend or following our public page. It’s where you’ll find the candid snapshots, prayer requests, day-to-day reflections, and more frequent updates that don’t always make it here.
Thank you for walking alongside us, praying for us, and cheering us on. You are part of this story—and we are so grateful.
With love, dear friends,
Laura
