The primary goal of Nsansa Village is to rescue as many children off the streets of Lusaka, Zambia as possible, and give them a home and better life - all while sharing the gospel and love of Jesus Christ!

Over the years, there have been as many as 70+ boys living at Nsansa Village. Today, due to space constraints and reintegration, there are 28 boys who currently reside there full-time. While at Nsansa, the boys receive love and community, access to basic needs, discipleship training, education and/or skills training, counseling and ongoing trauma support, etc.
Curious what a typical day at Nsansa looks like? Below is a typical weekday for the boys who also attend school onsite at Nsansa:
06:30-07:30 - CLEANING
07:30-08:30 - PREPARATION FOR CLASS
08:30-10:30 - GRADE 7 CLASS
10:30-11:00 - BREAK
11:00-12:30 - GRADE 7 CLASS
12:30-13:30 - LUNCH
13:3O-15:30 - GRADE 5 CLASS
17:00-18:00 - SUPPER
18:00-19:00 - DEVOTION
20:00-22:00 - PREP
STAY TUNED: In our next post, we will discuss exciting news around the construction of a new facility to house a larger number of street children.
Support Update:
Our hope is to move to Lusaka in early August, so we would greatly appreciate your support. Right now, we have raised roughly 10% of our required monthly budget, so we still desperately need prayer and financial partners to come alongside us! If you are able to join our team, our tax-deductible giving link is here.
Blessings, dear friends,
Laura
